On 31/05/2022, the Department of Management Studies, Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering organized a seminar on the Financial Independence Program, conducted by Mr Manoj T Neelakantan, NSE Ltd (National Stock Exchange Ltd). The seminar aimed to provide attendees with insights and knowledge about achieving financial independence through informed investment strategies and financial planning. The event covered various topics related to financial independence and was attended by students, faculty members, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.

The seminar began with an in-depth discussion on the role of SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) in regulating and overseeing the securities market.
