The teaching-learning process is an ongoing cycle driven by the collection and analysis of feedback from various stakeholders. This cycle periodically evaluates learning outcomes and guides curriculum revisions. Students and faculty provide general and curriculum-based feedback through the on-campus portal, Etlab, at the end of each semester. Employers' input is gathered by both the training and placement office and academic departments. Additionally, consistent feedback is sought from alumni and industry experts through direct departmental contacts, local chapter meetings, global alumni events, and official college visits, with structured feedback forms available on the college website. The feedback undergoes thorough analysis, with special attention to constructive suggestions. Conclusions from this analysis are deliberated in departmental meetings and presented to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) or college council as necessary. This process underscores the commitment to continuously enhance education quality based on valuable input from all stakeholders.
