Global Industrial Visit
The Department of Management Studies organized a captivating Global Tour to Malaysia for MBA second-year students from April 6th to April 9th, 2024. The tour included a group of 11 students and 3 faculty members who formed the IV team for this enriching experience. Throughout the journey, the team had the opportunity to explore and appreciate the prominent landmarks of Malaysia.
During the tour, the IV team visited Taylor's University Malaysia is located in Subang Jaya, Selangor, a bustling township in the Klang Valley. The campus is expansive, offering state-of-the-art facilities for both academic and recreational purposes. Upon entering, we notice the vibrant student life, with students from various cultural backgrounds bustling around.
After the university visit, we are thrilled visit to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, an architectural marvel nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The gleaming steel and glass structures soared into the sky, reflecting the vibrant energy of the city below. Standing at 451.9 meters tall, they held the title of the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004.Upon entering, we are greeted by a grand atrium adorned with luxurious materials and intricate designs, a testament to the towers' status as a symbol of Malaysia's modernity and prosperity. The lobby exuded an air of elegance, with polished marble floors and soaring ceilings that seemed to stretch towards infinity.
The Global Tour to Malaysia proved to be an unforgettable experience, providing students with a platform to explore different industries, understand cultural nuances, and expand their horizons.
