• PhD (Marketing Management) from Bharathiar University, CBE.
• Co-authored a text book (in 2006) on OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT based on MGU syllabus. Undergone one month training programme at IIM, Kozhikode. Published nearly 20 research papers in various international journals. Received “best paper” awards three times.
•  Retired from Adi Shankara Business School, Kalady , two years back. During that time, received the most coveted “Best Teacher Award” five times.
• A lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015 and 5S Japanese programme. 
• Currently technical consultant with GIIMS, Kochi, External examiner with Chinmaya University, Expert trainer with KSPC, Kalamasserry, Subject Expert in the interview board of Kerala Feeds.
