From CEO
I have assumed charge as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of this premier institution effective from 01 August 2022, after having served in a number of prestigious institutions/ governments at the State, national and international level. I am looking forward to the exciting prospect of being a partner in the journey of the SNGCE to attain even bigger heights of academic and professional excellence. I have evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of this institution and came to the conclusion that the excellent infrastructure, highly qualified and committed faculty and staff, the dynamic management with global exposure and proactive initiatives and other resources are the main assets to achieve excellence in all spheres of education, research and innovation. People who are driven by motivation produce good results which in turn, is the input for even higher level of motivation.
SNGCE believes in the holistic development of our students and staff and of the institution through them. We train our students not just in academic syllabus; rather we equip them with the necessary leadership and managerial skill to be successful in today’s competitive world, not only as job seekers but also as job makers. We provide extra training and added curriculum programs together with add-on courses to enhance their potential. Our faculty, laboratories and other facilities are at par with or even better than the best in the state. Parents are an integral part of the whole process and we intend to enhance their participation even more in the coming days.
We at SNGCE believe that “One doesn’t have to be great to start, but one has to start to be great”. As the former US President F D Roosevelt used to remind his countrymen; “We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future”.
